• Returns: If you're not satisfied with your bag, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

• Conditions: Only unused bags, with all original tags and packaging intact, will be accepted for returns.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We'll guide you through the return process and help arrange your return.

Please note that all returned items will undergo inspection, and any items that appear used or damaged upon return may not qualify for a refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
